The Team
The Growth team at Imprint is responsible for relentlessly driving the growth of our business, from setting go-to-market strategy, driving our merchant acquisition process, to launching and running our merchant partners’ programs successfully. We span sales, marketing, partner success, brand and product, and work cross-functionally with the leadership team to be the voice and advocate for our partners, ensuring their needs and feedback are reflected back into our product roadmap.
Your Day-to-Day
- Play the leading role in selling to Imprint’s next generation of merchants
- Build the sales team to execute on sales playbook
- Define merchant account strategy and build team pods to sell to merchants (e.g., account executive + solutions engineer + marketing / insights analyst)
- Deal ownership and accountability from Lead to Close
- Build Merchant Relationships
- Identify key stakeholders
- Map Imprint leaders to key counterparts
- Build personal relationships with deal champions
- Run multiple sales processes across a portfolio of accounts
We Are Looking For Folks With
- Previous Fintech experience
- Experience selling Payments and Fintech solutions
- A desire to own the merchant sales process from lead to close

Annual salary range: $200,000 - $250,000, and competitive equity package
