Responsibilities

• Assist in executing and managing data-driven web funnel optimization plans.

• Collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams to support planning and execution of A/B tests.

• Conduct qualitative research to help understand user behavior during A/B tests.

• Help transform research findings into actionable recommendations aimed at improving website performance, increasing net profitability, and boosting average order value (AOV).

• Support other related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Student (of the last year) or graduate from Business, Management, Data Analysis, or similar field

• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian & English

• Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things change quickly

• Other assigned tasks

Salary:

500 €/mon. NET (Full-time)
