Bits of your job:
Lead the successful implementation of assigned brand projects from conception to completion.
Suggest process optimization ideas and create implementation plans.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, UI/UX, Brand Designers, and Copywriters, to achieve brand objectives.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing channels and platforms.
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and analyze competitive activity within the health and wellness industry.
Generate innovative ideas and brand initiatives to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and analyze key brand performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Perform other Executive Project Manager tasks as required to support the team’s overall objectives.
Requirements
Key expectations:
Bachelor’s degree or higher education
2+ years of marketing project manager experience
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, JIRA, or similar)
Strong ability to formulate clear and actionable tasks
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluency in English and Lithuanian
Solid understanding of branding and broader marketing disciplines
Exceptional planning, organizational, and coordination skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proven sense of ownership and accountability in managing projects
Highly motivated, eager to learn, and committed to professional growth
