IMEC

IMEC, the Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center, is a team of improvement specialists dedicated to providing manufacturers in Illinois with the tools and techniques to excel and compete globally. IMEC delivers strategic consulting, operational improvement, workforce solutions, technology adoption, and business transformation services. Their approach is hands-on and tailored, working closely with clients to plan critical business improvements in areas including leadership, strategy, customer engagement, operations, and workforce development. The team operates from home offices throughout the state, conducting frequent travel to client facilities while maintaining a collaborative and supportive culture.
