Job Title: Business Intelligence Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead our efforts in improving our data culture by centralizing and optimizing data collection processes across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture and engineering principles, with demonstrated experience in integrating data from diverse sources into a single, cohesive data source.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data architecture strategies to centralize and optimize data collection processes from platforms including Mixpanel, Stripe, HubSpot, and our internal platforms.
• Design and maintain data pipelines to ensure the efficient and reliable transfer of data from source systems to our centralized data repository.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data solutions that meet business needs.
• Evaluate and implement Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Hevo and Segment to streamline data collection and analysis processes.
• Implement dashboards and fulfill analytics requirements to drive data-driven product decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data architecture and engineering.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data architecture, and engineering roles.
• Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and SQL.
• Experience working with cloud-based data technologies such as AWS & Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating data from multiple sources into a centralized data warehouse or data lake.
• Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Hevo and Segment is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and departments.
