IDC is looking for a Pricing Intern to join our dynamic Pricing team, where data-driven strategy meets real-world impact. As a Pricing Intern, you’ll play a key role in analyzing market trends, supporting pricing models, and driving insights that influence high-stakes business decisions. Responsibilities
- Support in developing and aupdates of pricing models and databases with accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and pricing opportunities
- Assist in collecting and analyzing market pricing data to support strategic decisions
- Develop key performance indicator (KPI) reports and manage price performance tracking
- Support ad hoc pricing projects and deep-dive analysis as needed
- Help develop presentation materials for pricing reviews and executive updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Prior internship or academic experience in pricing, finance, or data analysis preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts); familiarity with PowerPoint and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total hourly compensation for this intern role, depending on location and experience, is between $22 and $32 an hour.
