iCircle Services is a licensed non-profit Managed Long-Term Care Organization (MLTC) providing healthcare services to individuals enrolled in Medicaid in the Western, Central, and Southern Tier regions of New York. Established in 2014, iCircle was created as a collaborative initiative among leading healthcare providers, aimed at delivering high-quality healthcare services tailored to the unique needs of individuals needing long-term care. iCircle's mission is centered on offering services that are culturally appropriate, community-integrated, and person-centered, minimizing barriers to access while promoting independence and dignity among its members.

At iCircle, a person-centered approach is prioritized when delivering health care services. Members and their families work collaboratively with Care Managers to tailor community-based services that meet individual needs. This includes various covered benefits such as personal assistance services, home care, nursing services, and access to specialty health services. iCircle is committed to improving the health and enhancing the well-being of its members through a focus on holistic care and active involvement in the planning and implementation of health care strategies.
