CenterLight Healthcare is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1985, dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to older adults, especially those who are chronically ill or disabled. The organization operates the largest not-for-profit Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in the United States. With a network of over 4,000 providers, CenterLight Healthcare serves the New York metropolitan area, including 11 PACE centers and various alternative care settings. This program is specifically designed for individuals aged 55 years and older who qualify for Medicaid and/or Medicare.
