ICF's Disaster Management (DM) Division seeks a Senior Mitigation and Resilience Analyst to support nation-wide hazard mitigation planning, grant, and program management projects. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting research, analyzing data, and developing products such as state and/or local policies, plans. They will lead small teams, scope and manage grants, and develop written products and tools to support client projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Public and/or Environmental Justice or Policy, Economics, or similar field.
- 5+ years of experience conducting research, analyzing data and policies, technical writing and developing products such as state and/or local policies, plans.
- 5+ years of experience in FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) applications and administration.
- Able and willing to travel up to 25% domestically based on current and prospective clients.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
