Senior Labor Analyst (Remote)
As the Senior Labor Analyst, you will serve as a liaison to employees and third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies. You will audit employee pay records, reconcile totals by department, location, country, etc., and coordinate third party payroll system implementations and upgrades. You will also interpret pay policies, (e.g., vacation, LOA, disability, workers compensation, union contracts, government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc.), ensure appropriate amounts / deductions are calculated and applied to the various accounts correctly, and you will verify compliance with federal and state payroll requirements (must stay current with changes in the law). Additionally, you may assist with audits of internal records, workers compensation, tax filings and related documentation. You may also document payroll processes and procedures, train payroll department staff, and back-up those who perform specialized tasks or activities such as stock option exercises, SEC document filing, or sales commission calculation reviews.
What You Will Do:
Provide support for timesheet entry and processing in the Deltek Costpoint and Time and Expense systems.
Work with end users to resolve timesheet and labor issues
Provide other support as assigned.
Maintain timesheet statistics and data for reporting.
What You Will Bring With You:
5 + years of Payroll or Accounting Experience.
What We’d Like You To Bring With You:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or information systems.
3+ years’ experience in Deltek Costpoint People Module.
2+ years’ experience supporting Deltek Time and Expense.
Experience processing timesheets and resolving issues in the Costpoint People domain.
Working knowledge of Costpoint front-end applications screens, functions, and job processing.
Solid skills in MS Office (e.g., MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Desire to learn new financial tools and processes.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Self-starter with the ability to think through problems and proactively find solutions.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$63,511.00 - $107,968.00Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
