As aSenior Copywriter,you’ll:

• Work with strategists and art directors, developing ideas and concepts for projects and campaigns.

• Write copy for all marketing channels, including social, digital, print, audio, and video.

• Develop systems, messaging hierarchies, and brand worlds.

• Support clients who tackleimportant issueslike energy efficiency and public health.

• Serve as a leader across our teams. Embrace ambiguity, step in where needed, and help push the work forward.

• Make deadlines.Seemsobvious, butit’skind of athing here.

You’llneed:

• 8+ years of experience as a copywriter, preferably within an agency environment.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Professional Attributes:

• A portfolio that shows strong concepting and copywriting skills across a range of content

• Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail.

• Experience in tech, energy, or public sectors is a plus but not a requirement.

• Experience using emerging Ai applications both in static and dynamic forms

• Strong leadership skills.You'llbe stepping forward with a vision, guiding the work, mentoring junior creatives, and providing thought-partnership across our organization.
