Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in top-tier advertising agencies, studios, or high-growth brands
  • Proven track record in conceptual campaigns and performance marketing work
  • Deep understanding of paid social and performance creative
  • Experience with AI tools and creative automation
  • Ability to internalize complex value propositions and turn them into clear, differentiated, and persuasive narratives
