Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in operations, business operations, or general management within high-growth technology companies
- Proven experience scaling early-stage companies through rapid growth phases
- Strong track record owning cross-functional operations across revenue, customers, and internal execution
- Experience building scalable systems and processes that replace manual workflows
- Hands-on operator who can execute tactically while driving strategic operational improvements
- Experience managing and mentoring high-performing operations teams
- Strong understanding of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and revenue tracking
- Experience working in cloud infrastructure, marketplace, software, or infrastructure-heavy businesses
