The Senior Market Finance Professional collects, analyzes and reports on various market data to connect financial outcomes with operational effectiveness. The Senior Market Finance Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.In this role you will provide project based and ad-hoc reporting of key insights for multiple Medicaid markets while partnering with key clinical and provider engagement teams. As examples insights may include analysis of claims and premium data to provide membership analysis, provider performance, RFP responses, and market trend opportunity analysis.
The Senior Market Finance Professional will provide project based and ad-hoc reporting of key insights for multiple Medicaid markets while partnering with key clinical and provider engagement teams. As examples insights may include analysis of claims and premium data to provide membership analysis, provider performance, RFP responses, and market trend opportunity analysis.
The Senior Market Finance Professional works with Actuary, MRA, Corporate Finance, Clinical and Market Point internally and Providers/Hospitals/Ancillary externally to drive optimization inclusive of activities spanning decisions required for day-to-day operations to strategic planning and addressing specific business performance issues across matrixed organization and fostering key relationships with business stakeholders.

- Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- 5 years or more experience in finance or combination of finance and accounting
- Technical experience; at least intermediate, if not advanced SQL, Excel. Power BI or similar visualization tool
- Demonstrated ability identifying insights presented in visual form to management and key constituents
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
- Healthcare/ analysis of claims data
- Medicaid Experience

Location – this is a Hybrid office/home workstyle located in Louisville, Ky.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$78,400 - $107,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
