Position Purpose: Support, manage and drive enterprise strategic initiatives with heavy focus on financial and qualitative results. Manage key enterprise performance initiatives, including monitoring critical milestones and financial benefit realization for larger scale initiatives.

  • Monitor key milestones indicative of initiative success and aide in performance management of initiatives from ideation through implementation/execution.

  • Track realization of benefits, including financial and qualitative key performance indicators.

  • Build and develop internal talent pipeline.

  • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reporting summaries prepared for Senior Management on initiative performance and status.

  • Review key performance indicator and financial benefit realization tracking methodology.

  • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities within the department; partner cross-functionally to drive process improvement with internal partners (related to executing against initiative portfolio).

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years of financial/analytics experience.

  • Managed care or health insurance industry experience preferred.

  • Previous experience managing a team or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff highly preferred.

  • Experience with MS office suite including Excel highly preferred.

Pay Range: $105,600.00 - $195,400.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
