You will oversee a team of project managers, establish and test ways of working, collaborate with a wide variety of different disciplines and client types, meeting or exceeding deliverable requirements, assessing change and risk management and deliver the best product possible.
Requirements
- Extensive experience structuring, leading, and growing several, multi-year, multi-million dollar engagements with parallel and interconnected work streams and teams.
- Leading strategic discussions & presentations to clients on a regular basis.
- Experience working in a client services organization, preferably on projects with top tier consulting firms or interactive agencies.
- Understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle, and knowledge of web development technologies and emerging technologies including AR/VR, voice and AI.
- Strong appreciation for technology and user experience.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to perform the best results.
- Strong appreciation for design and user experience.
