Sr. Manager, Program Management

As a Sr. Manager, Program Management, you will lead the CTO Labs team and manage a growing team of Project Managers within the Data Science group. You will facilitate strategic and operational processes, manage projects, and ensure timely delivery against the roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working in a project/program management capacity for software development
• 5+ years of experience in people management (+ in relation to support of software development teams)
• Seasoned team coach that manages and alleviates persistent obstacles
• Experience with systems development lifecycle and project management methodologies, including Agile/Scrum
• Experience owning a portfolio/program of products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and being an active resource for technical teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions, worldwide, as part of a team
