We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Democratize Pod, a new initiative within CS Strategy and Operations. The successful candidate will be the technical engine behind our mission to democratize access to technology and processes. They will own the systems infrastructure that enables intake as intelligence, unified communications, and tech stack health visibility, working directly with CS reps and GTM leadership, and contribute to process reimagination, intake as intelligence, and tech stack health monitoring.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in SaaS operations, business systems, or related technical roles
  • Hands-on builder experience using iPaaS platforms and direct experience working inside CRM platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and systems thinking
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into business language and data fluency
  • Strong business acumen and comfort with ambiguity
