We are seeking a Principal, Compensation Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our compensation programs at scale.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive compensation experience in public companies
- Strong understanding of compensation best practices, current compensation trends, and market benchmark data
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders and build trusted partnerships across the organization
- Exceptional program management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Workday and Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from the ground up in a fast-paced environment
