As a Core Partner Development Manager, you'll drive sales through marketing agencies, consultants, and systems integrators across Australia and New Zealand. You'll lead a portfolio of 15-25 small to medium sized services based partners and co-develop strategies to exceed shared sales targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in partner development, channel sales or business development, ideally within a tech environment
- 3+ years experience working with technology platforms, with strong technical proficiency
- Experience in consulting or as a business owner is highly desirable
- Proven ability to build and scale joint sales strategies and initiatives in cross-functional environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers
