- Experience consulting on and positioning the business ROI of engaging with recommended services
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong comfort level with AI technologies
- Ability to provide a level of certainty and urgency to a customer
- Strategic mindset and ability to help customers with their long-term planning
- Very detailed-oriented and strong project management skills
- Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of integrations, APIs, and technical strategy
