We are looking for a Lead Services Consultant to guide our most sophisticated prospects and customers through the process of determining the right implementation and service strategy to support their initial and long-term success with HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for solving challenging problems
  • Strong business and technical acumen
  • Desire to help build up HubSpot's growing enterprise team
  • Customer first mindset and consultative approach to problem solving
  • Deep implementation expertise with complex SaaS software
  • Experience helping large customers drive significant organizational change
  • Experience driving value conversations to executive teams
  • Pre-sale experience creating custom statements of work or custom implementation plans
  • Experience consulting on and positioning the business ROI of engaging with recommended services
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong comfort level with AI technologies
  • Ability to provide a level of certainty and urgency to a customer
  • Strategic mindset and ability to help customers with their long-term planning
  • Very detailed-oriented and strong project management skills
  • Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of integrations, APIs, and technical strategy
