HubSpot is seeking a Lead GTME Program Manager to join the Global Programs team. This role focuses on creating comprehensive enablement programs for customer-facing teams to enhance product conversations and drive agent productivity. The program manager will develop content, integrate it with product launches, and ensure impactful learning experiences. They will oversee enablement resources and translate technical product features into sales and customer success messaging.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product training, L&D or program management roles
  • Deep understanding of customer facing roles and product knowledge (Customer Success)
  • Exceptional program management skills in execution, prioritization, and stakeholder management
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including executive-level communications
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in HubSpot’s products and understanding of their business
