Job Purpose

This role is responsible for providing project coordination support to HSO's Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) projects. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager and teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information
  • Assist with project planning, including creating action plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project requirements and objectives
  • Assign tasks to team members and assist with schedule management
  • Ensure client needs are met and address any issues or concerns
  • Monitor project progress and handle any risks or delays
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
  • Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure project standards are met

Requirements

  • Postsecondary education in IT, Business or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with and experience in using MS Office, MS Teams, MS Project and would be advantageous if has experience in DevOps
