Your responsibility at a glance:

• Collaborate with co-founders, product owner, marketing team and third party IT partner to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes.
• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
• Follow user-centered design principles and best practices to produce high-quality visuals such as user interfaces, illustration, typography, icons, data visualization and etc
• Contribute to developing brand guidelines, design principles, frameworks, and best practice
• Own responsibility for day-to-day activities for UI workflow
• Own responsibility for day-to-day activities for Visual design

About you:

• Ability to ideate products from scratch and improve features, all with a user-centered design process.
• You are skilled in interface design, illustration, photography, data visualization, iconography, user experience, prototyping, art direction.
• You are skilled in using one or more design and prototyping tools: Sketch, inVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, Apple Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint.

• You possess knowledge of user-centered design principles, traditional design principles, and understanding of visual and interactive design trends

• You possess great sense of empathy where you can put your role in a user everyday life
• You can translate ambiguity ideas into actionable designs.
• You love to share your knowledge and help others succeed
• You possess good problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile
• You are a curious unicorn about trying different ways of doing things
• You are self-organizing and prioritize your time management
• You can adopt working in a Start-up environment
• Proficient in English & Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
