The role

We have an opportunity for a Data Engineer to join our team, as part of our Nearshore Delivery Centre in Lisbon. You will be working as part of an Agile project delivery team, with the latest technologies, on high-profile client engagements helping to deliver and maintain complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• YOU will set business requirements into technical requirements through BI tools.
• YOU will execute BI software development, deployment, and maintenance.
• YOU will propose improvements for the models currently in production.
• YOU will carry out activities/investigations to improve use cases that are in production.
• YOU will fix bugs that arise at the projects in the production environment.
• YOU will actively contribute to the project team.

What you’ll bring

• +3 years of experience as a developer on BI systems.
• Solid knowledge of ETL.
• Experience working with Oracle and/or SQL.
• Experience with ODI;
• Experience in 2-3 ETL tools like Powercenter, SSIS.
• Uses and/or knows SCRUM;
• Experience with AWS will be a good plus.
