Save As You Earn Scheme
Our save as you earn scheme means you can save for the things that are important to you. It allows you to save a fixed amount (between £5 and £500 each month for three years) and then at the end of the contract you have the opportunity to buy shares in Hiscox Ltd at a price that was fixed at the outset (the share price discounted by 20%) or take your full savings in cash.
