Requirements
- Exceptional spoken and written English
- 2–5 years of dedicated IT support or help desk experience
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
- Prior experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Familiarity with professional ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar)
- A "take-ownership" attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
