Remote Construction Draw Management Specialist

Requirements

• 3+ years in construction draw management, real estate finance, lending operations, or a similar specialized role.
• Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in fintech or private lending, with specific exposure to U.S. real estate markets.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial tracking, reconciliations, and reporting) and familiarity with draw management systems.
• Workflow Expertise: Strong understanding of construction budgets, cost tracking, and draw-cycle workflows.
• Communication: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills; experienced in client-facing environments.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in a 100% remote setting and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Direct exposure to U.S. real estate or lending markets.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction draw management or real estate finance.
• Prior experience working within the fintech or private lending sector.
• Previous experience in underwriting.
• Familiarity with specific construction lending platforms.
