About the RoleIn this role, you’ll support the SVP of Customer Success & Services, Gwen Sheridan, and two of her vice presidents, Raksha Balasubramanyam and Steve Hallowell. Together, we are responsible for the post-sale success of our customers. We work regularly with our customers’ senior leaders; organizing these meetings and representing Highspot in your communication will be an important part of the role. What You'll Do
- Manage calendar, travel, and expense management for three executives. Proactively seek out and triage scheduling conflicts and stay ahead of opportunities to recommend meeting alternatives. Demonstrate flawless judgment around what is urgent and what can wait.
- Ensures preparation of meeting setting, participant attendance, preparation of meeting materials, support for presenters, such that meetings are effective for all parties, able to identify delegates for meeting conflicts
- Track and help drive the completion of key deliverables following up on outstanding items
- Be a key driver in creating and maintaining the team culture within the team and ensuring this connects to the broader Highspot culture
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues in the Customer Success organization and beyond
- Proactively identify and execute on opportunities to make your partner executives more effective
- Identify any process issues or bottlenecks in the team and work with leadership on possible solutions
- Continually seek out and identify opportunities to improve the process and create efficiencies
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with other EAs across the company
- Work effectively under pressure within short time constraints prioritizing tasks and taking appropriate action
- Plan and organize morale events inclusive of events celebrating important team and company milestones
- Answer questions and provide support for all team members
Your Background
- You are exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, dependable, have a proven track record of strong execution on large-scale projects and process improvements.
- You are a fearless problem solver, clever in identifying solutions to problems of varying urgency and complexity.
- You should possess the ability to take on a variety of office administration and corporate logistic tasks to facilitate smooth operations of the department. You balance multiple priorities, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient.
- You have good written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail - all are equally important in this role.
- You enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative and continuously changing work environment.
