FutureSight is seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented executive assistant to
support the Managing Director.

scale the business by streamlining their day-to-day operations and ensuring maximum efficiency.

Accountabilities:
- Supporting the Executive Team with coordination and general administration, keeping track of
critical dates, and making logistical arrangements for meetings as directed - Inbox management - responding to emails promptly, flagging and tagging emails based on appropriate follow-up
- Complex calendar management
- Manage user accounts and company technology applications as an administrator
- Coordinating internal employee digital and in-person events, socials, and learning sessions
- Prepare internal and external email communications
- Prepare letters, memos, correspondence and other documents as required
- General HR functions (recruitment, onboarding / off-boarding paperwork) and other
administrative and data management tasks - Maintain administrative procedures including, travel arrangements
- Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant
reservations - Communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of individuals across all levels of
the organization and external clients - Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed
supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written & verbal)
- Flexibility and adaptability to frequently changing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills (Slack, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Powerpoint, Microsoft
Excel) - Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to exhibit discretion in handling confidential/sensitive information
- Must provide a high level of customer service to internal and external clients.
- Ability to exercise tact, judgement, and discretion
- Ownership of our digital-first culture by coordinating internal employee events, socials, and
learning sessions
