Project Manager (KYC)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the financial services industry to lead key KYC initiatives. This role will focus on managing and coordinating multiple transformation projects, including screening remediation, implementation of a new group-wide system, and the development of a centralized operating model to drive efficiency.

You will:

• Manage a portfolio of KYC projects (3 parallel initiatives)
• Lead the screening remediation project (compliance / AML)
• Coordinate the implementation of a new KYC system across the entire group
• Design and implement a target operating model (centralization, efficiency improvements)
• Collaborate with business, compliance, and IT stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and handle dependencies
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and group standards
• Report program status to senior management

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager in the financial services sector
• Hands-on experience in KYC / AML / Compliance
• Experience with funds-related projects is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stream programs
• Experience in operational transformation (e.g., centralization, process optimization)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an international environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
