We are looking for a mission-driven, highly motivated leader to join our Core Operations team as the Sr. Manager, Operations Enablement. This role sits at the heart of how we prepare, educate, and empower our 200+ person Operations team, which supports Alma’s providers and their clients through the complexities of mental health insurance, ensuring they receive the support they need to navigate Alma’s platform. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Operations, you will lead a team of 6–8 enablement professionals—including instructional designers, trainers, and content strategists—while designing and executing scalable enablement strategies. This is an exciting time to join Alma: we are scaling quickly, building new capabilities, and investing deeply in how we grow and support our people so they can deliver exceptional experiences to our provider community and their clients. • Partner with Operations leaders to create a strategy and roadmap for the future of Enablement on Operations, analyzing performance trends and workforce needs to proactively address knowledge or execution gaps.
  • Own the Operations enablement lifecycle end-to-end, setting goals, driving timelines, removing blockers, and aligning stakeholders to ensure high-impact deliverables are shipped on time
  • Translate product, policy, and org-level changes into effective team enablement plans that include training, documentation, communication plans, and QA improvement strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives in partnership with our Learning and Development team and Operations leadership ensuring Ops enablement remains fully aligned with Alma’s company-wide LD strategy.
  • Motivate and influence the broader team to embrace a strong learning culture, supporting education initiatives across the Operations team as needed.
