Customer Proposition Manager

Function: On Trade

Salary: £33,000- £41,000 base depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below.

Contract: 10-month Fixed Term Contract

About the role:
You’ll be working with the Customer Excellence Team to create, coordinate and deliver the external communication plan for our On Trade team within HEINEKEN UK (HUK). Essentially this means supporting the Senior Customer Proposition Manager to ensure the successful execution of our external communications plan across brand, category and SmartDispense, through PR advertising campaigns, earned media coverage, and delivery of trade event activations. You’ll play a key part in the day-to-day running of the HUK On Trade press office to drive our presence and value perceptions with our customers and our consumers.

You’ll have the chance to participate in project work for our On Trade B2B e-commerce website “eazle”. This will include collaborating with Trade press contacts and internal stakeholders to build awareness of the brand and proposition. The role will also have budget management responsibilities for projects and events. You’ll work closely with colleagues from both the marketing & ecommerce team to optimise the customer journey and awareness of our brands, eazle Club and eazle Campaigns.

You’ll develop strong stakeholder management capabilities, as well as both B2B and B2C activation and PR advertising skills (online, social and traditional) through on-the-job experience, formal training and ongoing coaching from the manager. You’ll develop an understanding of both digital and social marketing and how they work together to maximise reach and engagement with B2B customers.

About you:
Any experience creating or executing communications plans would absolutely help in this role but so would spending time with our customers and being able to understand their needs. There’s an opportunity to learn and develop here, what we need is someone with the willingness to do just that!

We’re looking for somebody who is confident and can proactively provide recommendations to move forward and for improvements. Working at pace with the ability to manage multiple activations and stakeholders simultaneously will be part of the enjoyment for you! The ideal candidate will also have the following:

  • Great stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Can communicate well at all levels of the business.
  • Learning agility to understand and interpret the information the On Trade, Category and Brand
