Right now, we have a fantastic opportunity available – Head of Marketing Activation spearheading the Marketing Activation team.

About the role

As the Head of Marketing Activation, you will be responsible for leading the channel and shopper strategies for HEINEKEN UK’s Off and On trade market. You will do this by overseeing and implementing out Below-The-Line (BLT) brand and category activations and ensuring they align with marketing and trade KPIs. Your goal is to strategically optimise shopper and consumer engagement by customising activation schedules that are tailored to individual customers and sub-channels.

You will initiate the Global Picture of Success by developing a new channel planning process, allocating budget based on priorities, engaging with stakeholders, conducting pre/post evaluation of activities and leading programmatic digital marketing, whilst simultaneously managing a team of activation managers.

Your challenge – should you wish to accept it – is to lead HEINEKEN UK into the world of digital shopper activation!

Who we’re looking for

You will be highly experienced and influential Team Leader in marketing and sales, ideally within a customer-facing or brand ambassadorship role.

In addition to this, if you have:

• Route to market & customer strategy knowledge
• A commercial acumen
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• An understanding of Below the Line (BTL) Marketing strategies
• Lead large marketing campaigns.
• Well-honed and effective stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
