The role involves providing phone, email, and chat support, troubleshooting and diagnosing reported problems, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Requirements
- At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
- Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills, prioritization, and ownership in work
- Ability to effectively communicate resolutions with non-technical and technical customers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams
- Basic understanding of SQL (a plus)
- Flexible schedule, providing coverage between 7 AM - 7 PM CST, Monday through Friday
