What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who can be our first GTM Engineer and take us to the next level in terms of adding AI and automation to our workflows. If you have technical skills you want to apply on a Revenue team to make our commercial engine faster, smarter, and more reliable, then this could be a great role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • As our Go-To-Market Engineer, you’ll design, build, and maintain new workflows for automation and AI to help Marketing, Sales, and Sales Development functions. You’ll prototype new ideas and use cases and roll them out to our teams. This will mean removing manual steps with automation and applying AI where it can drive pipeline and bookings, while keeping accuracy, compliance, and reliability front and center.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify their biggest challenges, then design AI-driven workflows that address those pain points at scale.
  • Build and maintain internal apps and integrations with the help of AI coding agents
  • Implement additional prospecting signals and account triggers
  • Apply LLMs and classifiers for research, enrichment, prioritization, summarization, and categorization
  • Automate repetitive GTM workflows through the use of existing tools and AI
  • Set up controlled tests for sequences, messaging, channels, and handoff timing; measure with clear success criteria
  • Turn prototypes into repeatable processes, either incorporating them into regular ops workflows or working with the Systems team to scale them into infrastructure.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in software engineering role
  • Use of AI coding agents, such as Cursor or Claude Code
  • Python and SQL coding expertise
  • Proficiency building integrations (APIs/webhooks), plus SQL for modeling and QA
  • Experience with LLMs in internal or external production apps
  • Proven track record shipping production-grade automations with monitoring and documentation
  • Ideal: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clay, Zoominfo, and Pardot
  • Strong business mindset: translate vague business needs into simple, durable systems.
