About Haus

Haus is a marketing science platform that helps brands measure and maximize the business impact of their marketing spend with scientific precision. Over $360B spent annually on paid advertising in the US alone, and the famous quote “half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is I don't know which half” still rings true. Haus helps marketers identify which half, and re-allocate it to maximize growth.
Haus was built by a team of former product managers, economists, and engineers from Google, Netflix, Meta, and others to make high-quality decision science accessible to businesses of all sizes. By automating the heavy lifting of experiment design, data processing, and insights generation, we empower our customers to make more profitable, data-driven decisions. We hear our customers frequently rave about our product, for example "we've seen north of 10x ROI on our annual investment in Haus in the first 2 months alone.”
Haus is on a hypergrowth trajectory, well-capitalized, and backed by top-tier VCs including Insight Partners, Baseline Ventures, Haystack, and others. We're honored that Haus has once again been recognized and has made the list for 2025's exceptional startups!

What You'll Do

Haus is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Manager to help build a world-class go-to-market motion. In this role, you’ll contribute across our go-to-market, but partner most closely with Sales and Customer Success team members and managers to provide strategic guidance, analysis, and tooling that accelerate our growth. Our ideal candidate has strong experience in both sales/cs operations and analysis and is passionate about broadening their skillset as a go-to-market operator.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Planning Processes: Contribute to our go-to-market planning processes, including establishing and reporting on key sales and CS KPIs (e.g., attainment, pipeline, productivity, NRR)
  • Enhance Team Productivity: Identify and reduce non-sales or customer-impacting activities to make our teams more productive.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Design and deliver custom and regular reporting and analyses in Google Sheets and Salesforce to provide visibility on key metrics
  • Co-own CRM Systems and Tooling: Alongside our Revenue Operations Lead, co-own our Salesforce CRM, taking the lead on CRM projects to build reporting and processes that enable our sales team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align revenue strategies and ensure seamless operations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales team members on new tools and processes
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to sales leadership

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6+ years of total work experience spanning sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role, preferably in an Enterprise B2B SaaS or startup environment.
  • Experience building the operations of a sales function, partnering directly with senior sales leaders (Head or VP of Sales).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with account enrichment tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong bias to action.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM.

About You

  • Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and are meticulous in your work
  • Proactive: You take initiative and are always looking for ways to improve processes
  • Strategic Thinker: You can see the big picture and align operational activities with company goals
  • Technically Proficient: You are comfortable with go-to-market and analytical tooling
  • Team Player: You collaborate effectively with others and enjoy being part of a team
  • Problem Solver: You enjoy tackling complex problems and finding effective solutions

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary and startup equity
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Top-of-the-line health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement Plan: 401(k) plan to help you save for the future
  • Tools and Resources: We'll provide you with the tools and resources you need to be productive (new laptop, equipment, you name it)
  • Impactful Work: Small team with a big impact on the overall company success.
  • Professional Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a rapidly scaling startup
  • Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a talented team from leading tech companies in a supportive and inclusive environment
