We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to interact with customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex product problems, diagnose and resolve customer questions or problems, and document issues and customer requests.
Requirements
- Experience with SQL queries, MS SQL Server, T-SQL
- Basic understanding of Windows Servers
- Exposure to interacting with international clients
- Hands-on experience in application/product support
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server and troubleshooting issues related to them
- Software support experience demonstrating troubleshooting/analytical skills
- Understanding of software development life cycle
- Experience in managing healthcare interfaces using HL7
- Experience in troubleshooting performance-related issues
- Good written and oral communication skills along with strong customer service skills
