Responsibilities
- Own and manage multiple live work-streamssimultaneously, ensuring progress against defined timelines and objectives
- Coordinate between internal teams,external stakeholders, and senior decision-makers to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation, progresstracking, and updates within internal systems and CRM platforms
- Manage schedules, milestones, anddependencies across concurrent initiatives
- Communicate clearly and professionallywith stakeholders, setting expectations and managing outcomes
- Identify risks, resolve issuesproactively, and maintain momentum throughout delivery cycles
- Ensure all activity aligns with internalstandards, processes, and data compliance requirements
- Track performance metrics and takeownership of results through to completion
Requirements
- Bachelor’sdegree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience inimplementation, delivery, operations, or project-based roles
- Comfortable operating in environmentswhere results are visible and accountability is individual
- High level of self-management,organisation, and discipline
- Confident communicator able to engageprofessionally with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working with systems,documentation, and structured processes
- Resilient, consistent, and motivated byresults-linked progression
- Experience in professional services,consulting, SaaS, or regulated environments is advantageous
