Overview: We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions within our organization. This role is pivotal in enhancing our customer service and sales operations using Dynamics 365 tools and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 environments, with specific expertise in Customer Service Hub, PowerApps, and Sales modules.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure the Dynamics 365 Customer Service Hub, focusing on queue and routing rules to streamline customer interactions.
- Develop and integrate PowerApps solutions, including creating dependent choice lists and approval flows.
- Implement Word template integration to standardize document generation.
- Integrate communication tools such as Dialpad for telephony and email platforms to ensure seamless internal and external communications.
- Configure and customize templates for routine use across departments.
- Implement and manage the Dynamics 365 Sales Accelerator to enhance sales tracking and management.
- Develop a comprehensive timeline of sales activities (calls, texts, etc.) and integrate these into an accessible dashboard for performance tracking.
- Work collaboratively with IT and business teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are deployed effectively.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and proficiency with new tools and systems.
- Document all configurations, integrations, and setups within the Dynamics 365 environment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Consultant with a focus on Customer Service Hub and Sales modules.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerApps, including customization and integration.
- Experience with communication tool integrations like Dialpad and email systems within Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in implementing and customizing templates within Dynamics 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is highly preferred.
