Gryphon Place

Gryphon Place is a dedicated non-profit organization that evolved into a suicide prevention and crisis intervention center. Originally established in 1970 as a youth drug drop-in center, it has adapted to meet changing community needs across local, state, and national levels. Gryphon Place offers an array of services designed to help individuals navigate through conflicts and crises, ensuring that help is available when it is most needed. Among its core services, Gryphon Place operates two vital hotlines: a 24/7 suicide prevention hotline (9-8-8) and a general information hotline (2-1-1), providing immediate support and resources to those in distress.

The organization's mission is to foster healing and resilience while promoting restorative justice within the community. With more than 15 integrated programs, Gryphon Place aims to address various aspects of conflict resolution and crisis guidance.
