🎯 Core Responsibilities
- Translate creative briefs into structured, actionable project tickets
- Organize, name, and version advertising assets following strict naming conventions
- Prepare and deliver finalized ad packages to paid media trackers on schedule
- Maintain accurate dashboards, trackers, and file systems to ensure campaign visibility
- Coordinate with creative and growth teams to keep deliverables on time
- Tag and categorize assets by persona, platform, and campaign objectives
- Perform quality control checks before deployment
- Organize and maintain the master asset database for easy search and retrieval
- Log weekly deliverables and notify stakeholders once assets are ready to launch

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Intermediate proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Asana or similar)
- Experience managing dashboards, trackers, and structured file systems
