Operations Tech Assistant – CRM, Funnels & Automation

The Opportunity
We’re hiring an Operations Tech Assistant to power the backend of our digital sales and marketing engine. From CRM workflows to automation triggers and reporting dashboards, you’ll make sure nothing slips through the cracks—and everything runs faster, cleaner, and smarter.
In This Role, You’ll:
Manage marketing funnels, webinar platforms, and nurturing campaigns
Support HubSpot CRM flows: data hygiene, deal pipelines, contact workflows
Automate processes using Zapier, Make, or n8n to eliminate bottlenecks
Provision and deprovision platform access and accounts for new hires & exits
Work across sales, delivery, and ops to identify and resolve tech issues
Build internal dashboards and performance reports
Maintain and streamline multi-source data across CRMs, spreadsheets, and tools
Act as the technical bridge between creative, sales, and ops teams
Your Toolkit
Deep familiarity with HubSpot (Marketing & Sales Hubs)
Experience with GoHighLevel or equivalent sales funnel systems
Skilled in Google Sheets, Excel, and cross-platform data maintenance
Automation expertise: Zapier, Make, or similar
Solid understanding of UTM tracking, DNS/email settings, code snippets
Excellent written/verbal communication (English)
Bonus Points For
Understanding email deliverability factors
Experience with SQL or business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Previous experience supporting coaching, SaaS, or consulting brands
