Javascript Automation Developer (Apps Script, N8N, AI)

We're looking for a skilled and driven Automation, Web Applications & AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in both creating and maintaining our web applications, and in developing automation solutions to enhance their quality, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop automation projects with Google Apps Script, N8N, and JavaScript. 🚀

• Create automation workflows using Google Apps (like Spreadsheet + Apps Script) and N8N to integrate systems through REST APIs (such as Jira, Tempo, Asana, Salesforce, Google Workspace Apps).

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for web and automation projects, focusing on simplicity and maintainability, align solutions with industry best practices and standards.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements, pinpoint strategic automation opportunities within the development lifecycle, and improve processes.

• Build internal tools and reports using JavaScript, React/Svelte, REST API, PostgreSQL, and similar technologies.

• Actively troubleshoot and fix issues in applications and automation scripts, ensuring stability for our platform and users. 🐛

• Engage in agile development practices, including testing, code reviews, and use Git for version control.

• Keep up with the latest trends in AI, web development and automation, always looking for ways to enhance our technology stack and processes. 💡
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Strong experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with Apps Script and N8N.

• Proficiency in both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Proven ability in developing and implementing automation scripts.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services, including their design, development, and testing.

• Solid analytical skills with a track record of delivering simple and effective solutions.

• Experience with Python, React, and TypeScript is a plus.

• Practical experience with Git for code management and collaboration.

• Understanding of agile methodologies and testing practices.

• Self-driven and committed to creating high-quality, maintainable code.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong ability to solve problems analytically, paying close attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
