Retention Manager (Email & CRM)

Tasks:

• Launch and optimize communications across multiple channels: email, push, pop-ups, SMS, messengers, chats, calls, etc.;
• Work with content: prepare briefs, test hypotheses, and collaborate with designers to produce strong creatives;
• Run A/B tests, monitor key metrics, and identify growth opportunities in Asia, LATAM, and AME markets;
• Collaborate closely with product, analytics, marketing, and design teams;
• Create and implement new behavioral triggers, automated journeys, and audience segmentations – full creative freedom;
• Directly impact user retention and reactivation and see the results of your work in real numbers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or email marketing;
• At least B2 in English and C1 in Russian;
• Proven background in gambling, casino, or betting — deep understanding of the audience and product logic is a must;
• Ability to write effective copy for emails and push notifications;
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced workflow;
• Understanding of how ESPs work, including scenario planning and automation setup;
• English proficiency sufficient for reading and writing without issues;
• Portfolio or examples of implemented campaigns are a plus.
