We're seeking a Technical Support Specialist to serve as the bridge between our AI product and the developers who utilize it.

We’re creating the IDE of the future — a smart development environment where you can build not only code but also images, audio, video, and design using cutting-edge LLM-powered agents.This is an AI startup within a stable product company — we’ve already reached MVP, have real users, and a strong engineering team. We’re currently in internal testing and preparing for launch.
Our team operates in GMT+3, with daily standups at 12:00 PM.
If you have a strong technical background and enjoy diving into complex development environments to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot issues, you’ll feel right at home here. Effective communication with engineers is essential, and solid English and Russian skills are important since you’ll be working with an international user base and internal team.
Tasks
- Assist developers with best practices and common workflows.
- Create technical guides, how-tos, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Conduct technical demos and onboarding sessions.
- Analyze, reproduce, and report bugs submitted by developers.
- Escalate complex issues to the engineering team with detailed context.
- Build small tools to help diagnose common problems.
- Write scripts to automate support workflows.
- Develop internal dashboards to monitor support metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a technical support or developer support role.
- Basic programming skills (preferably Python).
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency with command line tools (Linux/Unix or Windows PowerShell).
- Familiarity with web tech: HTTP, REST APIs, JSON.
- Experience using Git and version control.
- Understanding of Docker or other container technologies.
- Upper-intermediate (B2+) or higher English.
- Fluent in Russian (C2).
Nice to have
- Experience in software development (any stack) or DevOps.
- Familiarity with popular IDEs and dev tools.
- Worked with developer-facing products (APIs, SDKs, frameworks).
- Exposure to AI projects or interest in AI tooling.
