Main Responsibilities

Create training programs for new and current employees


Train teams using videos, guides, and Virtual sessions


Build SOPs and training materials


Coach employees to improve performance


Work with managers to find skill gaps


Improve work quality, speed, and accuracy


Track training results and improvements


Help leaders develop their teams



Skills & Qualifications
Many years of experience in the industry


Strong training or coaching background


Comfortable teaching and presenting


Can turn real work into training lessons


Organized and patient teacher


Experience with remote or virtual training is a plus
