Responsibilities

• Assist in performing audit of client financial statements under supervision of senior personnel on team
• Assist in completing audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings
• Research and develop knowledge of current audit legislation to ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local regulations
• Collect, assimilate, and analyze client data and use standard processes and tools to complete assigned project work
• Assist in identifying technical issues in various projects and share suggestions with senior personnel to mitigate the same
• Recommend on ways to streamline operations and increase client satisfaction
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to auditing and financial reporting
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant is preferred but not necessary
• At least 2 years experience in local Audit
• Exhibit high attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communications skills
• Strong proficiency in the use of technology and basic PC applications (Excel, Word)

WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps

• Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace

• Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST
