We are excited to find a great Technology Solutions Consultant to provide support to clients and fellow Technology Solutions team members to deliver exceptional implementation and support services. This position will primarily be responsible for supporting implementations through delivery of data conversion services.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to clients in the usage, and maintenance of their software programs as necessary.
• Obtains and maintains business software certification for products as required.
• Responds to client requests for software and accounting related assistance.
• Performs data conversions.
• Implements processes including project planning, system installation, and system setup of the accounting systems.
• Assist other team members with miscellaneous assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-2 years of professional bookkeeping and accounting experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Familiarity with various accounting software programs.

• Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps
