The Role
Your mission
GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Revenue Operations Manager to join our Customer Development Team in Atlantato work closely with Sales and Customer Success and ensure our revenue generation processes are efficient and effective.
Our business is growing and so is our team: we will have around 200 employees, distributed over 5 countries, by the end of 2024. As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Revenue Operations Manager to join our team and optimize our customer experience. This role will act as an in-house consultant for our sales, customer success, and marketing teams, being the source of truth for analytics and everything revenue funnel-related.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize our revenue operations process. From lead generation to customer acquisition, retention, and upsell
Work closely with the sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience
Support sales operations by providing data analysis and insights related to sales and customer success metrics, pipeline performance, revenue forecasting, upsell potentials, and NRR forecasting
Generate and distribute sales and customer success performance reports, dashboards, and other analytical insights to support sales leadership in making data-driven decisions
Conduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and identify opportunities for growth
We are looking for:
2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations
Extensive experience setting up CRMs, Hubspot is a plus
Proven track record analyzing data, identifying trends, and drawing actionable insights
Experience acting as a consultant for revenue-generating teams
Experience with Tableau and Freshdesk is a plus
Proficiency in SQL is a big plus
